Animal Policy Type: Cats and Dogs are allowed. Reptiles, fish, and other pets may also be permitted with prior approval.
Pet Application Fee: $55.00
Pet Deposit: $300 per pet (Refundable)
Max Number of Pets: 3
Monthly Pet Rent: $15 for the first pet, $10 for the second and third.
No pet application fee, pet deposit, or monthly pet rent will be charged for a verified service animal.
